The Track & Trace 1.0.1 Patch Release 2 (PR2) fixes a few minor issues discovered in the Track & Trace 1.0.1 RTM release and in the 1.0.1 Patch Release 1 (PR1): • ID CODE 1 and ID CODE 2 are no longer trained by default (CR 69108). Previously, the Track & Trace job was saved with the ID codes in a trained state, requiring the user to switch the Code Type and then switch it again to Data Matrix before learning a new code. • Several dialogs in the Track & Trace job have been adjusted in order to prevent the need for horizontal scrolling when using VisionView 700 or VisionView VGA (CR 69109). • The amount of time it takes to load the Track & Trace job using the Cognex HMI Display Control has been reduced by nearly 4 seconds (CR 69226). • The Cognex HMI Display Control now references the correct In-Sight DLL (CR 69380). In Track & Trace 1.0.1 PR1 an “Invalid AutoConnectString” error message would occur when trying to connect to an In-Sight system using the Cognex HMI Display Control. After running the Cognex In-Sight Track & Trace 1.0.1 PR2 installer, an updated Track_Trace_Single.job file (build 2434, as indicated in cell Z0) and several files used by the Cognex HMI Display Control will be copied to your PC. NOTE: • In-Sight Track & Trace 1.0.1 RTM and Track & Trace 1.0.1 PR1 must be installed before installing 1.0.1 PR2. • Applications created and compiled against Track & Trace 1.0.1 (or 1.0.1 RTM with 1.0.1 PR1) using Cognex.InSight.dll or Cognex.Cnx.InSight.dll must be recompiled using the files included in 1.0.1 PR2.
